Harry Forrester
— Co-Founder and Academy Director
Originally from England, Harry enjoyed an extensive professional playing career as a midfielder at the highest levels of the game. He developed within Watford and Aston Villa’s academy systems before representing clubs including Brentford, Rangers and Orange County Soccer Club. Harry brings his professional experience, technical knowledge and understanding of player development into PSA’s daily training environment.
Rob
Kiernan
— Co-Founder and Academy Director
Originally from England, Rob played professionally as a central defender, representing clubs including Watford, Wigan Athletic, Brentford and Rangers. His experience competing at the highest level allows him to provide PSA players with an elite understanding of defensive technique, tactical awareness, professionalism and the standards required to progress in the game.

Max
Dalton
— head coach
Originally from England, Max leads PSA’s daily coaching program and helps maintain consistently high training standards throughout the Academy. Alongside his role at PSA, he coaches some of the leading youth teams in the local area. Max works with players across different ages and ability levels, focusing on technical development, confidence, decision-making and creating a positive but demanding training environment.
Marco Peccolo
— Head of Soccer Operations
Originally from Italy, Marco oversees PSA’s soccer operations and supports the planning, organization and delivery of its coaching programs. In addition to his role at PSA, Marco has experience within the American soccer system as an assistant coach at Irvine Valley College and with Capistrano FC’s USL League Two program. His background provides valuable insight into both European and American player-development pathways.
Adam
Hilton
— Assistant Coach
Originally from England, Adam brings approximately 15 years of coaching experience within academy and community soccer programs in Manchester. He supports PSA’s daily training environment and specializes in helping young players develop strong technical foundations, confidence and a genuine enjoyment of the game. His extensive experience working with youth players allows him to communicate effectively with players at every stage of their development.
