1. About Prospect Soccer Academy

Prospect Soccer Academy (“PSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a youth-focused soccer and education organization providing training programs, camps, events, and related services. Our services are designed for children, with participation managed by parents or legal guardians.

2. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

All enrollments, registrations, and communications involving minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child, you confirm that:

  • You are the child’s parent or legal guardian

  • You have authority to agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf

  • All information provided is accurate and current

3. Program Enrollment & Participation

Enrollment in PSA programs is subject to:

  • Availability and acceptance

  • Completion of required forms and waivers

  • Payment of applicable fees

PSA reserves the right to modify schedules, coaching staff, locations, or programming as necessary to maintain safety, quality, and operational standards.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • Program fees, tuition, and camp costs are disclosed prior to enrollment

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule

  • Refunds, credits, or make-ups are subject to PSA’s posted refund policy or specific program terms

Missed sessions due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including injury. By enrolling, you:

  • Acknowledge and accept these risks

  • Confirm your child is physically capable of participation

  • Agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PSA, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

Emergency medical treatment may be provided if necessary.

6. Code of Conduct

PSA maintains a professional, respectful, and disciplined environment. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant or parent whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with academy standards.

No refunds will be issued for removals due to conduct violations.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute PSA content without permission

All website content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of PSA.

8. SMS Messaging Terms (Important)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Prospect Soccer Academy, which may include:

  • Scheduling changes
